Full ceramic bearings have excellence performance properties; such as special electrical and magnetism resistance, wear and corrosion resistance, lubrication and maintenance free when working, and especially high and low temperature application. These products can be used in extreme environments and special conditions.

Our rings and balls are made from ZrO&sub2;full ceramic material. As a standard construction, the cage is made of PTFE, and we generally also make the cage with GFRPA66 - 25, PEEK, PI, AISI SUS304, SUS316 and Cu.

Full ceramic bearings made with Si&sub3;N&sub4; have better performance than ZrO&sub2;. As a standard construction, the cage is made of PTFE, and we generally also make the cage with GFRPA66 - 25, PEEK, PI and phenolic textolite tubes.

Compared with ZrO&sub2;, the SiN&sub4; ceramic bearings can endure heavier loads and can be used in high temperature environments. Moreover, we can also offer precision ceramic bearings which are generally used in high speed and high rigidity spindles.
